Counselling For Adults
There are many stressors we experience as adults; from work and family, too day to day life stressors.
Often it isn’t about the size of the problem, it is about how it is impacting you and your life.
Are things feeling a little unmanageable, overwhelming or like you simply need to talk it out with someone who isn’t involved?
Then an experienced counsellor could be helpful.
Counselling can be beneficial for many presenting topics, from mood instability, anxiety, significant life events or decisions, relational difficulties, stress and loss.
Counselling is a non-bias space where you can unpack your life challenges and experiences. Allowing you to speak your truth without having to worry about filtering, saying it right or being judged. Counselling aims to increase your understand and awareness of yourself and the situation, exploring your emotions and how you feel about things. Whilst also exploring and developing strategies and skills to get through the difficulties you are experiencing. Counsellors can help with a range of problems and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
